crashing on loading (ms store version)

I can’t seem to even make it to the menus. I get the loading screen with the music and it just crashes and I havew to resort to Task Manager to shut it down. Any help would be appreciated

I have the same issue on the steam version, it just says UE4-MCC Fatal Error and crashes. RIP
