I recently downloaded this game and was very excited to play it but when i got to the initial “press any button” screen i ran into some problems. When i clicked on the “press any button” button a small screen came up saying “connecting to halo wars 2 network” or something along those lines. Then as that went away another box came up quickly and said “downloading data” this box froze up the game then crashes 2 seconds later. This has happened many many times over. i have looked through the fourms trying to find anyone who has had this same problem but with no luck. I learned one thing tho. The game starts up and loads just fine when i am not connected to the internet at all. Which leads me to believe that it is somehow freezing/crashing when it is connecting to the servers and trying to load the news feed. Any help of how to get passed this would be great because i cant even play the campaign when I’m offline because i click on the halo wars 2 campaign and it does nothing.
I have this same problem but it only happens for me once after a install. It always does it though as I have reinstalled this game 6 times on windows 10 pc and have to download of course. I reload the game and it connects fine again without crashing. It only needs to sync once after install.
I post this because since the 17th I cant play this game on windows 10 pc because i get a pc crash while loading a save or continue campaign or loading any multiplayer. Basically when the game goes to load any save or game it will crash to blue screen of death saying a windows stop code or bad spooling code error. Windows pc just updated a big update and I think the game did also recently. I have reinstalled the game just yesterday and it does the same thing… I dont know whats going on. I also just recently started using SLI but I reinstalled my driver many times and no luck… I have tried all other fixes also. Clean boot. WSRest.exe reset in apps and games etc etc. I cant play this no more or Gears of War 4.
I will never buy another game for windows 10 pc. I can tell you that my other games work for windows pc though. Forza 7 and Shadow of War.

It provides very new and user-friendly features. And it is also very good operating system. But I face some problem related to internet disconnect error again and again but i was also checked out
because it is also providing technical support. so could be helped me what can I do?
