Hi everyone. I got my Xbox one X about a month ago. And initially was able to play Halo 5. And boy did I enjoy it .
But as of 2 weeks ago every time I try to launch the game it crashes. I’ve rebooted, reinstalled the game. I even went as far as wiping the console and starting from scratch . But same issues.
Every other game works fine it’s just halo 5. And it’s the digital copy. As I don’t see a point in owning a disk now a days.

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling Halo 5?

Yes. Even only reinstalling the base game without the special add-ons I purchased at launch. Still crashes.
Can you try loading the game on a different profile on your console?
Also, are you installed to the internal hard drive or an external?

I have it on the internal drive. I can try another profile tonight.
