When I launch the game on Xbox, the game opens up but crashes immediately after giving the option to “press the options button”. When i launch the game on my PC on the same Microsoft/Xbox account, the game loads up then a few seconds later gives me a message saying “Fatal Error” and the app closes entirely. I have reinstalled the game twice on both devices, I have cleared my save data. I have tested firewalls if that was an issue, made sure the game is “run by admin”. I’m out of ideas. Help!
Try signing out of your account, launch MCC, press START and see if it loads.
If it asks you to sign-in, do so.
