Because it makes no difference if you supposedly fixed the ranked system if my game continues to randomly crash mid game. 
It’s been 3 months. There’s absolutely no reason for this. Not excusing the holiday break, not excusing this war going on, not excusing the pandemic. This should’ve been fixed in the VERY FIRST PATCH that came out. You guys released a mid-season patch that did nothing except anger a bunch of people because they have to re-grind ranks. Figure it out. No more excuses.
The game has been crashing my entire Xbox since launch. They don’t care. Happens every other game.
