Hey guys, I have encountered an issue with Halo:Reach. Whenever I start it up, it goes through the initial loading phase, then what it says Microsoft corporations 2010, the game… Crashes? or exits to the main Xbox home menu, this is happening for both me and my cousin, if anyone could help, thanks a ton!!!

Hey Razorknight1.
I occasionally experience a crash when I load up Reach on the Xbox One but after that, it usually lets me launch the game.
Have you tried performing a hard reset?

I’m pretty sure this happened to me. The second time I tried to play it, it kept crashing at the Bungie logo. Eventually I decided to uninstall and reinstall the game. Takes a while,but it hasn’t done that since.

That is what we had to do as well.

Ok this happened to me just 20 mins ago, so uninstalling it works? I’ve legit reset my Xbox n net like 5 times haha nothing has helped.

Hello, Relating to this, I have the halo reach disc and I am playing on the Xbox 1 and whenever it reaches the xbox logo, the game crashes and sends me back to the main x box 1 page, i have tried reset my x box and that did not work. Anyone know how to fix?
I just wish Xbox live wasn’t trash every single time I try to play. Why can’t you fix this -Yoinking!- system?

Get better internet
This happened to me to but uninstalling and reinstalling helped.
Finally the community is talking about this issue. This also happened to me. I deleted the game and reinstalled it, then after a day or two It was back to crashing so i repeated the process, that fixed it again dont know if it will happen again though.
My Reach either:
Doesn’t start loading,
Crashes when trying to sync Cloud,
Crashes on the ‘Bungie’ logo.
I’ve trie:
uninstalling and downloading again,
Reinstalling and I want to make this clear -my corrupt 360 profile-
Updating,
Starting it up without signing in.
I’ve tried all of these at least three times.
I’ve also checked my disc and it’s fine with no scratches, marks etc.
My only explanation is that 343 can’t sync/ run the Xbox 1 server to the actual 360 Reach make.
Or some how, my profile has been tampered with in some way.
It was fine seven days ago.
Hello guys,
If you continue to have this issue, simply Delete Local 360 storage under All Settings>System>Storage on your Xbox ONE and your game will continue working.
Un-installing and re-installing the game will only make the game work temporarily until the issue goes back to doing the same thing.
I’ve tried every method and it seems that this is an issue that 343 should seriously work on in any title updates which I doubt they will take the time to do so since the creators are Bungie.
Anyhow, thanks for reading, this is a legitimate fix.
