Game crashed as I opened a Gold pack on 29/05 at 23:55 GMT and I’d really like to know what was in it.

I’ve had a similar issue. When it awarded a pack every third one crashes the game.
I get it all the time and it’s frustrating. Most of the time it’s been promotion packs so not too bothered but occasionally it happens when I’ve bought Gold or Silver packs. I just want to know what was in my pack
Sometimes my game crashes when opening a REQ pack. Luckily, you don’t lose your stuff. Just press start I believe and go to collection under “Requisitions” tab.
This has also been happening to me. It occurs after a multilayer match (Warzone or Arena). This is what I have noticed:- If I am awarded a req pack after the match (daily win, commendation, or promotion) AND I press the Y button (to go directly to open the req packs as soon as the match is over) the game crashes.
