The game crashes right after the end of every match.

Windows 10 PC / CPU: i5-4460S / GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 950 / RAM: 16GB / DirectX: 12Version / Windows 10: Win 10.0 64-bit

US, WEST.
Note: I purchased the Definitive Edition and played all of the four days before full-launch. In those four days, I did not have that issue at all. When they released the patch on the day the game fully came out for everyone we started running into this crash. Another issue: the game used to take maybe 15 seconds to load, now after the patch, it takes 2-3 minutes.
