Recently, probably since the new season 7 update, everytime I match into a game on Shrine in H2A my game has blackscreened. This happens every time, without fail, and the bans are really getting annoying, especially when I’m rolling games with friends. Has anyone had a similar/ the same problem, and does anyone know of any fixes?
What system are you on? I had problems with Halo 2: Anniversary’s multiplayer until I hard reset my console. Never had a problem since.

Good advice. Hard resets do work wonders and fix a lot of issues so I usually do that first and if that does not work then I go to the forums.

That’s what I do as well. Take this morning for instance, for some reason the game was treating my second account as though it was on a different Xbox entirely, making me unable to sign-in with it for splitscreen. One hard reset quickly remedied that.

I’m on PC, and haven’t had a problem with any other map. I think it may be a file problem, just looking to avoid having to reinstall if possible. Thanks, guys!

Update- re-verified some files through steam, seems like that was the problem. If anyone else has a similar problem, I would recommend doing the same over a full re-install.
