Has anyone been having trouble with MCC Start menu crashing then kicking you back to home screen on Xbox. I’ve talked to the Microsoft team and they have no Idea why it’s happening to me. I’ve tried everything to try and fix it but no luck so far
The only fixes you can do on your end is a hard reset… Hold down the power button till the Xbox shuts off, then I like to pull the power cord from the back of the Xbox for a few seconds for extra measure. Then power back up and relaunch… If that doesn’t do it then the dreaded uninstall and reinstall. When I install games I make sure I am wired connection and I don’t do anything with my box till the game installs fully.

Already did all that and more like deleting and reinstalling account still didn’t work
Hi bro, a while ago I made contact with Microsoft support, I have the same problem but they notified me that they are working to fix it and in the next few days that problem will be fixed and it will be able to play normally

My Microsoft support told me to open a ticket with halo support. Did not say anything about a fix coming. I did open a ticket, but haven’t heard anything back yet.
