Halo infinite campaign is great i’m loving it but man do I wish they would have implemented secrets bosses and if they ever do I hope they make them surprising instead of giving us just alien bosses. Anyway 343 could have used that backlash from last year way better when they showed the outdated Craig the brute that the halo community was ranting and making fun of last year. I believed 343 missed opportunity by changing him and by not giving him A role in the game.
They should have kept his Ugly old model in the game and made him a badass hard but fun secret boss as A get back to the community. If they ever do this in DLC Instead of making it A random secret boss encounter like most open world games do, they should make it As A side mission once you find craig easter Egg in the game.
An idea on how they 343 should do it… ok Theres an easter egg on top of the tower where you fought Chok lok, they should add an audio log of A scared marine seeing his troops slained to death and giving the location of some secret base in the north part of the map. Then Cotana can be like hey lets go check it out and bam side mission added, then when you go deep in the base and meet craig bam cinematic scene as he explains why he hid away due to his figure and how the outer realm made jokes about him and now he seek to destory the players for revenge
In other words just need to be miission base, short cinematic, good dialouge memorable fight thats all
