Cr Level Reached XBOX Live?! HELP! Only NOVA rank!

GameGryphon, here. Last night, I was informed that I had reached the credit level for XBOX Live?!? How?! I am trying to get to the rank of Inheritor (Currently at NOVA rank) and now I earn ZERO credits for my time and efforts?!
HELP!!! what can I do? Please tell me there is a solution(s)!!!

you have a credit limit per day, it is 200’000.

I found out that there was a credit limit, but I didn’t know that it was 200K.
It would have been nice to be informed of that by 242, AND it would have been nice for 242 to include a daily credit counter.
