Your question is a little amusing. I’ve tried all of the unsanctioned credit glitches, including challenge resetting and custom campaign saves, and never saw a ban from any of them.
Since you’re still credit banned, you may be interested to know that you can still earn credits through custom challenges even while you’re banned. Effectively making the credit ban useless.
