Alright so I’ve unlocked all the achievements for the CQB helmet and when I go to Waypoint, it says I have nothing, pls help me. I’ve been struggling to figure this out for a week now.
There have been a lot of issues using the Halo Waypoint App on the Xbox 360. Most people can’t even get the app to work…or it crashes upon or almost right after the app launches.

The app is currently down. 343 has stated that they’re looking into it however, so a resolution might happen this year.

It’s been down for a while. I haven’t been able to access the Waypoint App for several years.
im having the exact same problem. i have 905 gs in reach and i have the two legendary achievements. i have 470 gs in halo 3 and 190 in odst and 215 in halo 4 but waypoint says my carrer level is 0 and i dont have any achievements on the xbox version so i cant get the armor i was supposed to unlock

That is because there have been issues with the Waypoint App not working properly or at all since Bungie is no longer in production of Halo.
Yeah, waypoint hasn’t work properly for last few years.

Yea, but I have heard that there is talk that 343 may be considering fixing the Waypoint App.
The waypoint app doesn’t freeze anymore, however achievements are loading in/ getting registered. I believe they are looking in to it, however it might be a while to get the armours.
yea now that 343 own halo its pretty much impossible to get sadly
