Both of my helmets were taken away.
Same here, all my halo waypoint armors are locked now. 
Very unfortunate since i use CQB
Yeah my helmets were gone too, I think it may have to do with the cloud saves on the Xbox One (If you were playing on that)
Try looking in your ready to install menu on Xbox one to see if you can find them there.
