What is Covie Pro?
Competitive settings built around v2 with Carbine starts only(7sk with 110% Damage Modifier; Roughly around 1.7 seconds in kill time) including focusing on the Covenant Arsenal which will be hard due to sniper and rocket equivalent are very OP compared to their human counterparts

Why now? Why Covenant?
I got the idea when reading the Orange Settings thread along with seeing other threads either wanting something different than v2 or just BR/DMR starts. I added in the the focus of just Covenant weapons to make it stand out and not just being another set of “regular” competitive settings

What do you have so far?
A Team Slayer variant located in my file share: here.

Everything is similar to v2 except:
-Carbine Starts with 1 plasma grenade; resupply perk
-Damage Modifier at 110%
-No Personal Ordinance

Currently no maps are made with my idea in mind so feel free to use regular v2 maps. I am open to the idea of just having Carbine starts and leaving the maps be.

What maps do you intend on using?
The v2 maps with the weapons placed on the map replaced with Covenant counterparts if they aren’t Covenant already. If it ends up being a success I will look at other maps outside of v2.

You should change the maps power weapons and not make them ordinance so you can give the weapons 1 spare clip instead of 2-3.

The v1 maps are much better with this since the ammo doesn’t last for the entire respawn.

Have PoD turned back on so you can earn those AA’s again.

I intend on do this if I the idea of using Covenant only weapons becomes widely accepted. Including the Beam Rifle though might be hard.

I want it to be built around v2 but being separate at the same time and not just another competitive gametype. I dislike the idea of AAs as POD.
