I purchased the t-shirt and got a one month game pass ultimate trial card with it. I went to enter the code today and I’m getting a message that the code is not found. I’ve double-checked to make sure the letters and numbers are correct, but I keep getting the same message. I’m not sure what do now. Any help would be appreciated.
Any chance the code is for new subscribers only? Not sure if you are a current subscriber, but that is one thought I had.
Also, have you tried replacing some characters with others that look similar? For example, replacing any O’s with zeroes and vice versa?
You would have to check in with Xbox Live Support I’m afraid OP, there’s nothing anyone here or at 343 can do to help with XBL codes.
I am a subscriber, but other codes that I’ve tried for the same thing give me a message that it is for new subscribers only. This one says the code is not found. I checked the code on another profile that I have, and I still got the same message. I also changed/swapped O and 0’s. No luck. I guess I’ll reach out to Microsoft at this point. Thanks for your help anyway.

Can you PM me the code so I can do a bit of digging on my end?
