Covenant wpns on Vehicles doesn't seem right

Okay, I understand that there should be a difference between the equivalent on the Covenant side, but it doesn’t make sense for how big of a difference some of them are. I did some test on a Mantis, and here is what i came up with.

Sniper Rifle - 8 shot kill - 2 clips needed - 1 sniper needed
Beam Rifle - 27 shot kill… - 3 almost 4 Beam Rifles needed

Battle Rifle - 64 shot kill - 5 and a half clips
DMR - 64 shot kill - 4 and a half clips needed
Carbine - 216 shot kill - 12 clips

Concussion Rifle - 27 shot kill - 4 and a half clips

Railgun - 5 Shot Kill

Fuel Rod Cannon - 5 shot kill - 1 clip
Rocket Launcher - 2 shot kill - 1 clip

I did this on the Wraith too, and it pretty much varied between them the same. The only one that even seems balanced in a category is the Rocket and Fuel Rod. The Beam Rifle and Concussion Rifle really shocked me, and the Carbine just felt like i was there forever. Like i said, i can understand there being a difference, but it seems like WAY too much of one.

What do you guys think?

It’s been like this for all the halo’s before so they can’t change the sandbox that much now. The only time this was a problem was in invasion(slayer)as elites as they had about two weapons to take out vehicle while the UNSC had about ten.

As cool as a covie splazer would be we have to remember that in the campaign the enemy would be wielding them and that is why covenant weapons were rarely hitscan and powerful as it would make legendary very hard. This is why the UNSC have the most powerful, undodgeable weapons. e.g splazer, sniper, railgun…
