I don’t understand how people can have this 100% completed o_o
I have played alot of Halo 4 and have just used the concussion rifle twise, the fule rod cannon pretty rare, and the beam rifle is up in my OD pretty rare too (don’t know why-.-) Do you have this mastered?

Just so you know, people can mod armour, commendations, emblems and god knows what else.
I’m sure some people have legitimately got these things, but I’m guessing a large portion are just modders or full-team boosters.

I only need the Needler (0/250) and Concussion Rifle (67/250) for Covenant Ordnance Mastery and I stopped working on it to pick up Believe on the way.
I’m sure people could easily have finished that one.
Plasma Pistol Kills? Again, easy. BR them until deshielded. Two shots, a punch, a shot. Put your mind to it and you’ll get anything you want.
Covie Ord. - Use Requisition in BTB. You’ll get Beam Rifles, Fuel Rods, and Concussion Rifles. The more you choose a weapon from your OD, the better chance you have of getting it again and again.
Exile has a Fuel Rod and Concussion Rifle that randomly spawn on the map. The FR spawns by the Scorpion and the CR spawns at the Banshee pad ramp leading to Blue spawn.
Longbow also has a FR that spawns in the ice tunnel next to mid/bravo base.
This is all that I can remember atm. You can always go into Forge and see where and what spawns on each map.
PP kills, lol, I have 343. It’s ridiculous how hard it is to get these kills. If you care about your stats and k/d don’t even bother trying to get this Mastered.

See you know your stuff… well, my K/D is holy… so not gonna waste my time on the covenant weapons 
So far I’m on Plasma Pistol <mark>Distinguished</mark> at 161 kills. I’m determined to get this done, so I can get Covenant Loadout Mastery.
Not that I have many Plasma Pistol kills, but just lower their shields with your primary and then switch to your Plasma Pistol and finish them off.
I prefer using the Carbine as my primary in these situations.

If you’re consistent it will just go back up anyways. It’s not like taking a dip keeps it low
