as a fan of both halo and mass effect this question came to mind one day. in my opinion i say the covenant would be victorious but id love to hear what other people think.

And finally: Covenant would win. Their ships are far larger and use plasma weapons, something kinetic shields are completely useless against. The Covenant would wipe the floor with the Reapers.
What you mean the dudes like Harbinger and Sovereign? Those Reapers?
I’d say…Covenant. Because they seem to have much larger ships and much more advanced technology. Even though they don’t always win on the ground, they can just glass planets. However, the Reapers creep me out…
Covenant. They have 27 mile long battle cruisers. Even the smaller ships can glass entire planets.
How many reapers does it take to glass a planet?
I’ve never played Mass Effect so I voted for the Covenant!

Place reapers, you’re ships are out of range for the covenant if I remember correctly. Pulse lasers will get through the kinetic barriers, plasma torpedoes heat would go up against the things.

I would also think that the Covenant would win in Ground Battles aswell - Elites are great warriors, and the only thing that was really effective against Covenant ground forces were Spartans. Reapers are’nt spartans
