Covenant Time Measurements

Is there a single, standard of how the Covenant species measure time? Not necessarily how each individual homeworld does, but more-so how it is laid out within the Covenant. I’ve seen the word “cycle” used, I’ve seen “solar-cycle”, and I’m not sure what “units” is about. Is there a shorthand for all of this?

Good question. I’ve never thought about this before. I’ve also wondered about what they eat and how they use the bathroom lol

Unit, when talking about time equals 1 human hour, in length it equals 1 foot A cycle equals 265 units, one day on High Charity, or 11 days on Earth. Solar cycle refers to a year.

May I ask where you get those numbers from?
