I would love love LOVE this, but I doubt they will do it, too much work and too much balancing concerns. We can dream though.

Actually there’s distinct sexual dimorphism in the species, for instance Ruuhtian females lack quills and instead have rough plated scales along the back of their heads and neck.

I think one thing we can all agree on is kig yar, sanghelli and brutes would make for great fracture cores.

More changes than male and female Spartan models though, you have to concede to that at least.

actually they would just have to make the feather models different. females have actual feathers while males have quills so the only difference would be the detail. males getting quills and females getting the feather part of it.

For a Kig Yar armor core, as cool as that is I don’t see it happening. They’re too small to make the hitboxes fair, and while I don’t really care in the slightest if it’s fair, 343 seem to care a lot.
An Elite or Brute core seem most likely to me, as they have the most similar build to Spartans. All you’d have to do for Brutes is make them a bit shorter, and for Elites just raise their heads heads a little. I have high hopes for both Brute and Elite cores, whether I can use them in all game modes like in Halo 3 or only invasion and customs like in Halo Reach.
thing is I personally can’t see brute cores as the UNSC has never worked with them, mean while ONI and the UNSC have worked with, kig-yar and elites. Kig-yar more as a neutral party while elites are an ally.
Humans also work with ugoy. which some one on one of the discords I am on mentioned would make a good april fools armor core.
the way I see it kig-yar and maybe even ungoy, can be easily added to the MP as armor cores but with a catch, you can’t play them in competitive modes.

Well that’s the thing, it’s not lore accurate, just like the Yoroi armor core. It doesn’t have to make sense, it just has to be fun.

We need a Grunt Birthday party mode where we just play as Grunts and have to nade things.

I want to see more of this Tenrai setting. Some if the lore bits on the armor make it seem like the covenant there are really cool.
