What do you guys think about the idea of having Covenant load out Weapons in H5? I personally love the idea of having something like a carbine or plasma pistol as a load out weapon.
This would be much more fun because the plasma pistol would be very useful in warzone.

I think if vehicles are getting used a lot there should be a number when it falls on to allow for extra load out energy free but still use the req.

That could be very interesting, giving free lower level reqs with so many vehicles. Cool idea
I mean if you could play as elites then yeah, would be more likely. Then soldiers for Promethean weapons and brutes for brute weapons ect
What if in Halo 6 the Warzone is Spartans vs Elites???

True. I would love having the Brute P Rifle and carbine though. Really fun to play with.

No, they work well as req call-ins in warzone. As an arena variant with carbine/storm rifle start and only covey weapons on the map sure. Promethean version could be light rifle/suppressor and only promethean weapons on the map.

Don’t see that going well. I think the covenant weapons are way to powerful, for instance the storm rifle melts enemy spartans way too easy to the point that the Ar can’t stand a chance. Storm rifle is just another plasma pistol, it takes the shields way too quick. But maybe the carabine should be fine

Yeah remember halo 4 in BTB you spawned with the plasma pistol.

Yeah exactly, so like the Elites and Brutes may get some of the same weapons as they both used covenant tech.
Elites and Brute loadout (Italics is elite onlt loadout and bold is brute only):
>Storm-Plasma Repeater-Spiker
>Carbine-Needle Rifle-H3 Carbine (less accurate but could kill like the CE magnum)
>Plasma rifle (to balance give this knockback effect and slightly stronger bolts) -BPlasma Rifle-Reach Needler
>Plasma pistol-Needle Pistol-**Mauler]**For promethean its kinda obvious since they don’t have much to work with. Where possible cosmetic changes should be made to help differentiate between similar weapons

>Lightrifle-H4 lightrifle
>H4 suppressor
>Boltshot-H4 Boltshot (weaken the charge to equal the damage of the number of shots put into, longer you charge the shots but the more spread once fired, if you have less then 5 rounds you cannot charge)

It could always be the upgrade to the SMG tho, make it a late game REQ item and I doubt it would have much of an effect.
The issue with the carbine and the SR right now is that next to the other REQ items there worthless. I could count on one hand the number of times ive seen people use the carbine and the SR.
