Which part? The not getting the Teishin armor? So it’s happening to a lot of people, then?
343i said that many people still don’t have it and once they’ve collected the data on who’s played before Nov. 7th, they’ll hand it out to those who don’t have it.
It was announced in the November Sneak Peak update last week.

I got 3 kinds of Tieshin armor and 3 kinds of the helmets xD. Look my avatar.
I have no Teishin Raikou either.
