On day 3 of playing the beta and after the new feels have worn off I’ve come up with a few changes that need to be at least though about and this isnt just me either, quite a few of my friends think these would help the multiplayer quite a bit.
The A.R does in fact need a nerf. Not much of one but it does need it, no real reason to explain why its self-explanatory if you’ve played the beta.
Shields need to recharge a bit faster after you have stopped sprinting: I like the idea that shields don’t re spawn while sprinting it really helps stop people from running away from battles (they still do) It feels like it takes a year for them to recharge after I have stopped sprinting leaving me quite vulnerable in that time frame (can’t tell you how many times I’ve been picked off by a errant grenade)
Sprint needs a another nerf: It either needs to be A: while shot in sprint not only do your shields not recharge but you come to a screeching stop or B: not only do shields not recharge but its not unlimited sprint as it is now.
CODscoping is in fact in halo now (see previous post) needs to be changed. (no im not talking about ADS annimation)
Needs to be a bit more aim assist while not scoped in with the BR/DMR (and possibly other weapons not in the beta) Meaning its quite enraging that im up 3 bursts to a guys head with the BR and he can turn around with a A.R and decimate me in a second because his back and forth strafe is good enough to stop anyone from hitting his head at all because there is basically no aim assist.

On a scale of 1 -10 (1 being almost no aim assist and 10 being a aim bot)
Halo 3 would be on a 4 for me while not scoped in
Halo 5’s beta is a 1 while not scoped in. I think kicking it up to a solid 2 would do wonders for not scoped in battles, not enough to make huge noticable changes but enough to effect the outcomes of some unscoped battles
And along with quite a few other people kill times do seem to be amazingly short sometimes it feels like there almost is no shield mechanic.
Just my 2 cents overall I like the way this game is going.
