Triple Condors. Kidding aside a mass swarm of anti vehicle units or mass swarm air units. Play banished and make cloak your based and shield generator it to be on the safe side.
I saw a video embedded in the update this week that recommends splitting up your units and rotating around the scarab so it has to keep turning around. It slows it down a little, I guess.
