I don’t think jay cutler has stooped so low as to choose to sign with halo wars 2 and become a leader than with an nfl team, but hey whatever makes him happy! I actually don’t know a good counter with cutter so sorry. I couldn’t resist saying something about this topic.

if you put your first 2 leader points into UNSC Raid then your cyclops will be able to close the gap very fast, the increased infantry speed will make it impossible for the locusts to kite you

Just do koiek, the range and damage would help. locust has very low health.
