Count d houen lightning

Does anybody know how they made lightning in the spawn camera for count d houen(one of the new maps in infection)

I’m guessing it’s an off-camera non-respawning explosion plus a delayed-spawn not-placed-at-start light/FX.

I actually checked the map; this is actually what they used to achieve this lightning effect. Fusion coils and landmines provide the sound, FX for the light.
