anybody else having this problem after updating? I tried rebooting but still won’t sync. Won’t let me go into any arena playlists
I am having this same issue. Unable to Syn profile. Trouble connecting to Halo Servers.
They are probably having problems with their servers since a lot of people probably jumped on for BTB.
So I had this issue as well. Wouldn’t let me load any arena or Warzone. I popped in Tomb Raider to see if I could play that and got the same message. Check my updates, because of course there was just a Halo update, and all was well. Even saw my system had an update for today. Reset and test Internet and all that other good stuff but no help. All of this leads to believe that it is an Xbox issue, not Halo in particular.

I saw someone talkin about a hard reset. Among the other things I did prior, this was the solution for me. Hold down your power button on your Xbox for about 10 seconds. You’ll hear it power off. I walked away and let it sit completely off for about 5 minutes. Came back and booted it up and everything was back to normal. Hope this helps some of you.
For the record, I have a hard copy of Halo 5 and am also part of the preview program. In case someone was wondering that information. Good luck!
This happened to me after system update before the Halo update. What you’ll need to do is remove your profile from your xbox and reload it. The hard reset thing did not work. If you remove your profile and relaod, everything syncs back up. Hope this helps
