Couldn't find a server No multiplayer since launch

I can’t access any Multiplayer gamemode in Halo 5 Guardians.

When I try to go in Warzone or Arena, I get the following warning message: “Could not find a server that was suitable for all members of your Fireteam”. I’m not in a Fireteam and I’m connected to wired internet with an open NAT.

When I try to go in Co-op campaign or Custom Games it says: “Error retrieving data center connection quality information. Please try again later.” Again, I’m connected and I have an open NAT.

Anyone else having these issues? Anyone else knows how to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated!!

Exactly the same issues here, getting the same messages. I’ve been trying on and off since the game unlocked at 12:01am last night, up until a few minutes ago.
I’ve tried restarting the game and the console loads of times, and my router a couple of times and nothing’s helped.

Im in the same boat. I just uninstalled H5 to reinstall it. Praying on that to work.

Same thing is happening to me! Took my game over 12 hours to install, so don’t really want to try re installing the game. Wish halo would supply some help

Not only are sever issues happening in Halo 5, but on Reach, no one can get into Matchmaking all day.

It’s just a day O’ troubles.

I only have this issue with SWAT. Not sure why it’s only on one playlist. The servers work just fine for 3 or 4 games and then it kicks my whole fireteam and even if we change to different parties we can’t get back into SWAT.

Weird. Is this since launch day or did this only come up recently?

same here…as said in another thread…still no response or acknowledgement that this problem even exists.

I am not able to play any online game modes too, such as Co-op, Arena or even online custom game mode.
and when I test multiplayer network connection, it shows I have high packet loss which is 93%.
i tried hard reset, re-installing the game, even formatting my Xbox, but still no use…
please 343 help!!

As you know OP I have been suffering the same. Spoken to Xbox support and we have gone through every possible troubleshooting idea possible, they have mostly come back and said that the issue is server side for 343 to handle. Now we just need them to recognise an issue.

I am having the exact same issue, I have posted this in multiple threads with no response from 343. This is an absolutely ridiculous bug, which needs to be addressed. It’s not my Internet that is the issue, as I am able to play other games on Xbox Live without issue, and my NAT is open. This needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY.

My friend is having this same issue and tried calling microsoft about the issue. They gave him a link to a site with “fixes” that did not work. Girl told him to hang on while she gets someone else to help him. Then she hung up on him. This issue should be fixed by now. But we cant email 343 about this so i guess we just have to wait.
