Seriously. If I find out that this betrayal booting system isn’t fixed in Halo 4, you’ll be missing out on 60 bucks, 343.
Max is three betrayals by the same person before you’re given the option to boot. Either you’re exaggerating or four people decided to team kill you, three times each… which is unlikely.
Oh, and welcome to Waypoint.
Was it Grifball? Or what playlist was it?

I was counting. This guy got my other 2 teammates to betray him so he could boot them, and when I chose not to betray, he killed me over and over and over again, way over 3 times. This was in Team Snipers, where you can boot people for betraying.
I suspected system tampering so I reported him.
Did it say you were betrayed or did he weaken you and the enemy took the kill?

Betrayed. Every time.
This is a tough topic.
They shouldn’t allow a boot on the first betrayal because most people boot accident or not.
But then we have these kinds of situation, there isn’t really anything you can do here maybe lower his shields over and over again just to piss him off or just report or review or whatever.
Unless you can provide proof not many people are going to believe you.

Was it the same person every time, and were they all in the same game? I seriously doubt that someone betrayed you 12 times and you didn’t get the boot screen.
Also, despite what someone said, 3 betrayals isn’t the maximum. It’s kind of a complicated system, and the number doesn’t matter, but I still doubt that it was 12 times without the option to boot. We definitely need proof before we can believe you.
I’ve seen 16 betrayals by one player in a snipers match without giving the option to boot so I know it is possible but unlikely.
Oh no, not 60 bucks.
3 chances before you’re out is crap, I’ve betrayed by accident and got booted on the first time. And it’s not like I had been betraying people all day either. One betrayal got me booted while sometimes you can kill your teammate a dozen times and get off scot-free!
Actually I find the booting system [juuust fiiine~ .
Obviously the problem is on your end so as to cause you to not be able to boot your betrayer after being betrayed so many times - Perhaps you didn’t know when you should’ve just quit out?](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5vcdPPgEyeM)
As seen in a Halo 4 video friendly fire seems to be off which is fantastic so you don’t have to worry about the second part of your post!
Friendly Fire is needed! I can’t tell you how many times I start assassinating a person and a rocket hits me! THAT action needs to be a boot-able offense! It is just poor gaming edicate! If anything they should find a way to let you boot people for finishing off a teammate when they don’t have shields or killing a teammate for their weapons! This is a huge problem in action sack!

Oh god, are you serious? I seriously hope not.
Just by shooting back or attacking the teammate who attacked first is what causes the non-boot option to appear. Just don’t fight back and you “should” get it.

not fantastic at all
