Could Tartarus be Banished leader if he survived?

Tartarus, who was a very powerful brute leader for the Covenant, could have made a great Banished leader, if he survived? He would be a very powerful ally for Atriox. And Tartarus didn’t like the Elite supremacy, so a Brute supremacist faction that seeks control of the installations and fights to end the UNSC and flood, would he even be tempted?

I think he was pretty dedicated to the prophets and the religion and conquest of the great journey. His loyalty to the prophets and the great journey would have had to been broken beyond repair for him to rebel and join the Banished. He’d be a powerful ally no doubt though.

I don’t think so. As said above, he was pretty dedicated to the cause of the covenant.

Tartarus was a lap dog for the prophets. Atriox is more cunning and sees the bigger picture. There is zero chance Tartarus would have made a good leader for the banished.

I think that Tartarus was a true believer of The Great Journey Faith, so he wouldn’t leave the covenant to be a leader in a kind of atheist terrorist group. He could have leaded his entire race in a freedom path outside the covenant like arbiter made with elites if his history was diferent, but it was harder because I see brutes more faithful to covenant than elites.

Actuel, there are two brute army in Halo : the “banished” and the “keeper of the one freedom” (a religious group). Tartarus would be leading the keeper instead of the banished

I dont see how that
Would remotely make any sense.
He would be far more like castor is anything and even then he’s tartarus so he would have likely remained loyal to truth.
Tartarus would have known all about the banished before he died they were the main reason the UNSC won the war of annihilation.

The keepers were a multi species religious sect.

There is also the master pack a true brute force among other smaller groups.
