For the last two days I’ve been getting an error message that says “Could not find server that was suitable for all members of your fire team” anytime I tried to log into Halo 5 multiplayer. Is anyone else having a similar problem?
I have tried:
- Hard resetting my console - Uninstalling and reinstalling Halo 5 - Switching to wireless connection - Opening my Nat - And cursing the Halo godsAll to no avail.
If anyone else is experiencing a similar issue, or has found a fix, please help.

You’re not alone with this issue so feel some relief there. I have experienced this constant issue since launch with multiplayer, tried both restarts of console and router. Checked ports on router and bat type is open. Done power drain of console and reinstalled as well to no success. I have numerous times chatted with Xbox support people with no luck beyond possible server issues. Other games work so I suspect it is an issue on their end we just need to make them aware of it.
Same issue. Only been able to play 2 games in 3 days. I have the prereg download version. Very frustrating.
Same issue. Bought via pretty order at best buy. Tried to Uninstall, reset everything but no luck. If solution is discovered please post. Only bought Xbox to play halo again. Very frustrating that multi-player is not working.
Got my issue cleared up. Had to go Xbox power settings and turn on the instant on (had power saving on). Shut the Xbox completely down, not a reboot. Now I’m enjoying mp again… Read it off a tech blog
I had the same issue but got it to clear by unplugging the router/modem and waiting for all the lights to register on and then hard started the console, NAT was already open and Instant on was also on.

Tried that multiple times already, but it did absolutely nothing for me. Have fun playing and hopefully the rest of us will be able to join in soon!
Is this is issue with the high latency and do people in your fire team live in different regions?
I’m also having this issue. I’m afraid my problem might be the recent downward spiral of my internet connection, but it is frustrating nontheless
Also having the same issue. This is ridiculous. I’m bumping all these posts/topics until we get a response from 343 that they are fixing it.
This bug is souring my experience of the game, and if this continues for much longer, you can rest assured that 343 will lose me as a customer. I paid $60 for a game that I can’t play 2/3rds of.

No, I’ve been having this issue since launch and it is still not fixed. It’s insane.
