Could not find a server that was suitable

I have had Halo 5 for a little over a month and I’m stuck at level 1 because I can’t play social, ranked, or warzone. I have tried everything I have redownloaded it I’ve unplugged I’ve quit but no avail. I have decent internet wifi not the best but it’s like 1 to 3mb/s Someone please help me!

Try rebooting your router.

You can try:

  • Reboot Your router - turning off all network devices - refreshing uPnP settings - disable uPnP and port-forward - disabling DMZ - spamming A to get in (this worked for me once) - changing to power saver mode on the Xbox - Hard restarting - Refresh network cache - Clear alternate MAC address N.B. Do not use a combination of uPnP, port-forwarding and DMZ. This will give you a strict NAT type and you may be unable to play

If none of that works then it may be a server problem.
