"Could not find a server that was suitable..."

This is the error message I get when I try to play Halo 5: “Could not find a server that was suitable for all members of your fire team” I’m not even in a fire team…I’m just trying to play online.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem??? Its been a month of checking to see if I can play Halo 5 EVERYDAY and still I cannot! Here is what I have tried so far that has not worked:

Deleted XBOX Profile from Xbox One
Wiped and reconfigured my modem and router
changed every network setting I could think of
changed network cables
Deleted/re-downloaded game
Signed in as someone else
I’ve talked to Xbox support and they sent me to waypoint.com
I’ve tagged 343 on twitter and xbox and instagram and no one is responding
I don’t know what else to do.

I paid full price for this game on day one and would freaking love to be able to play the damn thing again.

343 please hear my cry and tell me what to do

Thanks for all the -Yoinking!- help 343! You just lost another Huge Halo Fan. I did something I had never done before, I traded this POS game in on something else. I won’t be buying another Halo and that really kind of disappoints me.

I hope Microsoft takes over your -Yoink- and sells the company to someone else who knows what the -Yoink- they are doing. What you did to the Master Chief Collection was bad enough but this -Yoink- takes the cake.
