I am unable to play any game modes online. I have switched to Focused, Expanded, and Balanced and still see the same error code for all game types. I have not played this game since it came out and I figured I would return to play. My network is OPEN IPv4 with all services OK. My Download is 114 Mbps and 14 Mbps Upload. I have reset my modem, reset my xbox one X and still no luck. This has been an issue for the last couple of weeks since I have been trying.

Same thing is happening to me and did everything I’ve red on the internet. Also is unacceptable that there’s no official Halo support out there to help. Please is someone was able to solve this, help me out.Thanks

If anyone is able, I would suggest trying either another account on the same Xbox or another Xbox on the same network to see if the issue is tied to an account or to the Xbox. If all else fails, you may have to uninstall and reinstall Halo 5 in order to fix the issue, but hopefully we can find another solution that works better.
If you’re struggling to get into a match because of this error, try the following options:
- A hard reset of your Xbox (hold down power icon and wait until fan goes silent) - Clearing your MAC address in your console’s advanced network settings - Resetting your internet router by unplugging / turning it off for 30 seconds or holding down the reset button with a toothpick
