Guys my primary Internet connection has started working again. I didnt do anything specific, i just complained to my internet provider that my speed is slow and 24hrs later, my primary network is letting me play halo 5.
guys help my net is fine I’m playing r6 siege gears ue everythin. Blops3 never worked soo… anyway halo 5 started giving me the unsuitable server message since Friday 343 whats up yo?
Ok guys so here’s my fix. No static IP address in your modem settings for Xbox one. 8 ports must be open. 53, 80, 88, 500, 1863, 3074, 3544, 4500. Will post later about protocol settings. Kinda busy have a lot going on at the moment. But the 1863 port I DIDNT know about so I think it may have been a problem. Also technicolor and Avis I think is the name are bad modems and apparently have problems with the Xbox ones. So replace them. But I have the ports open on my technicolor and it’s running fine been on warzone all morning. No problems what so ever.

88 udp
500 udp
1863 tcp/udp
3074 tcp/udp
3544 udp
4500 udp

Should I try this even if I have an open NAT?
You can and I had an open nat before this fix but was still getting that same error. Then after this it works no error message anymore been on warzone today. But Xbox support did tell me that technicolor and aris, I put Avis last post my bad. Technicolor and aris modems apparently aren’t good for Xbox one so eventually I’m gonna have to replace my modem. Something about lag and performance and no fix for that which I’m having some lag when I play but it’s always the other people glitching all over the map.

Im on a technicolor, I had issues , but ever since I put trigger port system, everything works great…

No problem. I tried the port triggering and I couldn’t get it to work but I have port forwarding set up and I think it was that 1863 port I didn’t know about and a static ip set up for my Xbox one so I set it to dhcp and opened the 8 ports and its been working great. No problems either with my tech modem.
My primary Net works some times and sometimes it doesnt. Im not sure what is causing it to work in bits but i am starting to think that the issue could be related to device and not the internet provider.
Alright guys i can confirm that port forwarding is the perfect solution for fixing this issue. Here is a link on how to easily port forward if anyone is having trouble.
Confirmed guys! Just opened all eight ports just the same on an aris modem and it’s working perfectly just like the technicolor. Now I do experience a hiccup every now and then with the technicolor modem says its unable to download my info from halo 5 server but it lasts like 30 mins to an hour. I haven’t really timed it. But it’s better then what it was and its just halo 5 that I see that hiccup on. port forwarding works great no problems with the aris modem. As stated in my earlier posts open 8 ports follow the protocol an no static ip setup for Xbox one on your modem.
