Thanks for the Tipp DarkBlades but I already cleared the open ports right after setting up the triggering 
I just got home from University and the game still didnāt work. I connected it via ethernet cable to the router and now itās working. For now.
So just to get it clear: Did not work with normal wireless, plugged it in and worked immediately. Not sure if itās a permanent fix though.
Iāll keep updating this, too.
yo yesterday. Came home. And h5 was working so officially made it to 24 hrs of working, we will see when I get home today (5:00pst) if its still working. (Just a reminder, Last fix was the upnp port trigger set up)
Yo just got home. Turned on Xbox One, signed in, Loaded up halo andā¦
Its still working 
48hrs now of no " Could not find a server that was suitable for all members of your fireteam " issue.

Once again im not saying this solved the issue, im just blogging data so someone important can see this and forward this to a tech of some sort whose working on the issue.
Try opening these ports: 53, 80, 88, 500, 3074, 3075, 3076, 3544, 4500, and 16000.This worked for me!!! After weeks of searching.
I got it to work on a wired connection, I am yet to try it on a wireless but if someone confirms this before me post it!!
Wired still works for me one day later.

I tried that and didnt worked for me 
Before the trigger setup, i tried the port opening thing, when I had a static IP, still gave me problems
Im updating my game, will see if I make it to day 3
Just updated console. Day 3 of no problems. Looking around, about to play some ranked arena. Once again this is the 3rd day after setting up the port triggers.

Yes I can walk you through it.
The reason why I originally set up the port trigger set up was because I wanted to have an open nat for the Multiple Xbox Oneās (and one PS4). Since Static IP only allows you to open nat for One Device.

Thanks iāll try it as soon as it reinstalls again, maybe tomorrow its still 89% iāll let you know if it works.
Dont know what real y happened, just reinstalled halo 5 at first mp didnt worked, went to have a meal and when i returned it suddenly works, ill be playing for a while, ill later update to let you know it it still works
Never mind, the server went down mid match, and now the same message appears and i cant play online anymore

ive tried port triggering but unfortunately that didnt worked for me. im using DMZ method. that gave me an open nat. but still cant seem to find a āserver suitable for a member of fireteamāā¦ too badā¦ i really got exited this afternoonā¦ at least i got to play a few online matches before it went down againā¦ hoping 343 takes notice of this issue and fixes it soonā¦ its getting me dissapointed enjoy your weekend darkblade25.

Iāvemanaged to get connected for several matches today, it was a random fix, but the req System went down for a couple of minutes had to take a lunch break and when i returned it has the server issue all over again
