Hey gents,
just a few minutes ago logged onto a Warzone FF game, Urban arena. During the game I could NOT access ANY reqs!! I got a spinning wheel icon and the message ‘retrieving data!’ After about 4 minutes and several attempts at this I left the game. In the game I also ran over to another req location but with the same result. I have rebooted Xbox 1 and will try again. Was this server related, modem, router, what? That really got my dander up! I did NOT expect that!! A GOOD way to RUIN the WZFF experience!!

I checked my service record, game history and sure enough there is a DNF score! I noted that I scored 1480 points and 2 kills and a ‘Boss’ kill with a pistol! I also noted that in total there were 5 other people besides me that left the game ‘early.’ SO, this begs the question, should I have stayed in game with only a pistol and an assault rifle? Also, WHY did those other 5 people leave early? If you could not access any reqs for the length of the game, HOW could you help your team with a pistol and assault rifle?? Plus you would be ‘on foot’ the total time if you could not get a req for a vehicle!! Worse of all, I got a DNF score, and now I wonder how reliable the game play in future will be? I came to WZFF tonight to have FUN!, NOT, this baloney!!! Sheessh!!!

I’m assuming you got the “Retrieving Data” error while you were in Warzone (Firefight). A simple reboot of your internet router - either by hitting the reset button or unplugging it for 10 - 30 seconds - will almost always flush out the issue. It generally takes around 5 minutes to complete, but it does wonders when having issues like this.
Also, you might wanna calm down a bit. I know you’re frustrated about this, but we’ve all been there. No need to blow a fuse.
Happens to me a lot as well but it’s easily fixed.
Happens all the time there are huge bugs with reqs in general half the time mine don’t show up in the game menu or they freeze when I’m trying to sell gem can take up to 30s to sell a req
