Okay, the thread I made not shy of half an hour ago is now locked and my other account is now banned. It’s Tackelberry212 again. Now if a moderator or 343 staff member is reading this, don’t hit me with the ban hammer just yet. I’m taking the assumption you banned me again because I mentioned I had a banned account before.(Assuming because I can’t read the message you guys send out because I’M BANNED. Seriously, think about sending an E-Mail or something.)
Now onto the customer service. I did a bad, I get it. I’ve learned from my lesson and only did it because we were kept in the dark for so long (seems to be a common occurrence in your company, I might add). And I am far from the only fan who did it. I truly am sorry for it. I know how hard your company works on maintaining the game and to get it released and try to please the fans. However, the customer service I just received from that thread was horrible. I was asking for an explanation why my account was banned and if I could get the ban lifted. But no, instead I get banned without knowing why (AGAIN) a word of my previous account.
This is extremely frustrating. A simple yes or no answer would be acceptable to me. Now I’m going to ask for around the 10th time, because I have asked through E-Mail and Social Networks if I could get it lifted and no answer. Could I please have clarification on why both of the accounts “Tackelberry212” and “Tackleberry212” were banned and could I ever get the “Tackelberry212” account ban lifted before the scheduled date?
Please give me an answer. Ban this account if you want as well, but please give me an answer first. Please do not message me either. I can not read the message if I am banned from reading them. Honestly, why hasn’t this been sorted out?
