I love playing Halo 3, it is my favorite Halo! I’m not sure if this was the case before Bungie left, but when I played Halo 3 multiplayer the day Bungie officially left, I had 2 out of 3 of my matches hacked.
I know a lot of people blame their lack of success on lagging and hacking, but when a ghost is coming for me, and I’m trying to escape up a set of stairs yet repeatedly get sent back down to my doom until I’m run over, I get a little peeved.
Or, if I am standing behind a wall, completely safe from bullet fire, and instantaneously die without a single bullet heard, and then I can’t respawn (the counter was stuck on 5), then the same thing happens to all my teammates, I also get peeved.
I know it would mean a possibly serious expense to 343i, but I would like to plead to them to continue to monitor Halo 3 online play, so I can still have my nostalgic moments.
