Could Halo 4 Have Underwater Elements?

Ok as most of us know that there are Pre order skins for halo 4. And I was looking at them and When I did I came across One calledOceanic Armor So I thought wow could this mean Halo 4 Could possible have Underwater Maps,Campaign,Spartan Ops, And Possibly Boats/Jet Skies? I don’t know but thats armor looks like something you would use to Deep Sea Dive. I like it.

So whats your thoughts?
