Like cannons to speed up the pace of the map, or limiting the roofs of the buildings, and adding more cover to the opened areas?
My idea about the roof was to put a mass of crates in the center of it to keep them exposed for longer amounts of time, rather than have guys 5 shot then back up when shields get low. It would give the roof a donut look for those having trouble understanding.
The cannons can get players in the action faster, they would definitely get you somewhere in the center of the map, or close, I suppose this would make mid range combat more frequent, if not combat overall.
Lastly I feel that the opened areas of the map leave little cover for players trying to move about. Honestly I think that’s because the Ghost needs room to move around. But adding cover to the opened ground areas is possible without messing up the flow of the Ghost as it moves around.
What do all you about my ideas. Would Complex benefit from these?
Not sure though a center focus area to draw players in certainly wouldn’t help instead of just the roof tops.
I think the best thing for complex is to be put in BTB. It moves slow in team slayer and slugish in FFA
Changes to the initial ordinance to make players move around the map could help.
Worst case scenario: just put it in BTB.

For some reason I never considered this. Wouldn’t be a little chaotic though?
place a kill barrier on the roofs move the sniper to the middle of the map and fix the glitches

Well Bungie did start off with Countdown being in BTB and Invasion Skirmish had it too.
I don’t believe Complex will be as chaotic as those two examples.

Doubtful. I really wish 343 would consider trying it. Having a map in a 4v4 that uses vehicles is just weird.
Complex was created as a campaign/spartan ops environment and was thrown into match making to pad the mp map list. I don’t think it can be salvaged by forge.
