You guys think these are the same things? I would think there would be a ton of hubbub about this considering they directly mentioned the codes in the Bulletins.

If you actually read FOTUS’ description carefully, it actually mentions nothing about COUGAR-armour. Only COUGAR-safety protocols.
It is just an inside joke between 343 and Microsoft.

A guy posted the twitter profile of someone called “Washington Cougar”, or something? Apparently she is the wife of someone imporant in Microsoft.
Oh Jesus, someone mentioned the Cougar protocol in a comment somewhere recently and I thought they were calling Kiki Wolfkill a cougar! >_<
