October 27th, 2015 My 2 friends and brother are moving their Xbox and TV into my man cave so we can Lan party Halo 5. Who else has a similar plan?

That’s a great idea! If it was just you and one friend, you’d be able to split screen. Josh tweeted that there would only be a max of two player split screen. There’s a link on the Official Split Screen Thread that the OP provided
Josh had tweeted campaign would have couch co-op, but that is no longer the case.
Has as it been confirmed that multiplayer will still have split screen, sine the GI article?

Be aware that since Xbox One doesn’t support LAN, make sure everyone’s got a Gold subscription to do this.

Only two Gold accounts are needed in this case.
Just set those two as the owners of two different consoles (this will give all profiles in that console the ability to use Gold features) then login as the accounts with gold in the other two consoles (login with different accounts in the first two consoles)

I really hope so, but I can’t find any official kind of confirmation or source anywhere. I guess I will have to wait for E3

I doubt it. Based on Frankie’s explanation, the game needs every player to be playing at 60 FPS. There will almost certainly be no split-screen of any kind in Halo 5 unless something changes dramatically in the next four months (unlikely).
