Cosmetics that impact gameplay

If someone wants to pay $20 to have fire shoot out of their spartans butt then more power to em.

But why does it have to impact my enjoyment of the game? I’m sick of those stupid flame skulls popping up every time I die. Can I at least get a toggle option to remove these armor effects?

It’s the new taunt. At least they didn’t add dance moves. I’d buy a kill effect that just has a hologram teabagging the person you kill, like from Reach
