I have done the math, and since Cortana has been active for at least 7 years (she was created in 2549 and halo 4 is in 2557) Cortana should be in the rampant state as all AI’s have a lifespan of 7 years, does that mean we will have to let Cortana go? or we might have to battle her. what do you think?

well, they say her rampantecy will be part of the game. i believe near the end of the game, with forrunner tech, they should revive cortana
I dobut that we’ll have to battle her and it’s either at the end of the game or in Halo 5

I’ve been thinking that to. maybe have it so that Cortana is rampant before she gets fixed so that you can learn more about Cortana and the chief.
Hmmm… I guess there’s 3 eventual outcomes…
- She dies!
- She becomes rampant (as a new antagonist).
- She becomes “fixed” by Forerunner tech somehow.
Or you know… all of the above could happen. O_o
