We can all see that Cortana has changed a lot over the years. The latest and biggest change we saw was in Halo 5, and her new shmancy “armor” type deal she was wearing.
First, what is your favorite version of Cortana?
Second, do you hope to see her change again? Or should she stay as she was in Halo 5?
I personally love our Halo 4 Cortana. It was a modern look, but not too far from our classic Cortana. I hope to see this version appear once again.

I actually liked how Cortana looked in 5. Sleek new change for her new persona.
I liked her appearance in H4 the most. I have no problem with her wearing clothes/armour but her face looks totally different. Don’t see why they needed to make her look uglier just cause she’s bad now haha

Yep just put 4’s face on 5’s body and there you go.
my favorite is tied between 2A and 4
I like how she looked in CE
he halo 4 style was actually my favourite tbh
I liked the Halo 3 version the most
H2A seems very consistent with CEA and 3’s, big fan of it. It has the face that I recognize Cortana most with
I would like her to look like she did in CE, at least her eyes, with her Halo 3 haircut. And H5 armour I guess.
Would be funny if she let herself go and decided to be moody morbidly obese Cortana lol.
I really liked her face design in 4, so I think that one is my favorite. I also really liked how her code looked in that game. I have no problem with her armored look in 5, but I didn’t like her face as much.
Original Halo 2 was the best by far to me, but I also like Halo 3 and 4’s looks.
I like the Reach version the most: Halo 3 Cortana with Halo CE colouring. Perfection.
I agree Cortana does have the better design in halo 4
I loved her thickness in Halo 4, but her hair and colour were perfect in Halo 2.
I would like her to show more of her assets 
Halo 2 and 3 Cortana will always be what comes to mind for me. It’s alright that she changed her look to match her becoming a megalomaniacal supervillian, though, I suppose.
Halo 2A had my favorite iteration of Cortana, but I’d be fine with the H4 Cortana coming back. The H5 look is just so strange and un-Cortana. I can see it as 343 trying to show just how different Cortana is now, but I really just don’t like it, plain and simple.
I liked the suit design for 5’s version, but I think he design works better without clothes(hur hur). I liked Halo 4 Cortana’s face and hair, but I think the markings were a little too detailed compared to the previous versions. Something around 3’s clean markings and 4’s complex ones, and with 4’s face.
I’d be fine seeing 4’s version come back though.
