I was listening to the Halo 4 OST track “Green and Blue” and I thought about what it would have been like if the scene actually used the more dramatic parts of the song. The result that I came up with is not as appropriate as the original, but it’s interesting and dramatic nonetheless. Check it out:
At first I wasn’t too impressed but there were a few lines that really synced up well:
“Im not coming with you this time”
“I’ve waited so long to do that”
“Cortana Please”
“Wait”
and the ending of course. Nice job!
343 could have made this scene one thousand times better! I hate the use of the music of Halo 4, the soundtrack is amazing but the use they’ve done… not so good!
If that music had been playing in the background, I would have actually been said about Cortana’s death. Nice work!
Nice. I tried to do something similar to similar but the background music always interfered.
Crazy what music can do to a scene like this, it was already sad before now it’s even worse, worse not in a bad way but you know what I mean, as some one else said I absolutely love the Halo 4 soundtrack but the way the used it was not the best, I was extremely happy to hear “Awakening” in Spartan Ops as that is my favourite track
