For real though OP, I’m fairly confident it’s just dots and lines scrolling up her body. I’m making an assumption here, but I’d venture to guess that the graphics weren’t detailed enough in 2001 for CE’s Cortana to have anything more detailed then some dots and lines. I might be wrong, so please correct me if I am.

In seriousness though, the code is just random stuff. AIs pick their appearance, and it could very well be that the code we see is based on some language that Cortana has made for herself. Kinda like when that Facebook AI created its own language back in 2017.

Hey maybe its the code that Halsey made and wrote to be the baseline for all AI, just a thought though
